Advanced Arenas - Registration Form

Advanced Hockey Tournaments Registration Form

All teams must be registered with USA Hockey or their governing body or league in Canada. A valid USA Hockey roster, or Canadian league roster, must be submitted. Upon receipt of your registration, Advanced Tournaments will hold a spot for your team for 5 days. Please mail your payment to: Advanced Arenas, Inc, 18-4 East Dundee Road, Suite 100, Barrington, IL 60010. Please be sure to include your team's name and division on the check. If your payment is not received within 5 days, registration will be on a first come, first served basis. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Jim Babin at jbabin@advancedarenas.com.
